Look Under The Hood: VB Has 10% UpsideBy Dividend Channel Staff, Friday, January 12, 6:26 AM ETLooking at the underlying holdings of the ETFs in our coverage universe at ETF Channel, we have compared the trading price of each holding against the average analyst 12-month forward target price, and computed the weighted average implied analyst target price for the ETF itself. For the Vanguard Small-Cap ETF (NYSE:VB), we found that the implied analyst target price for the ETF based upon its underlying holdings is $229.62 per unit. With VB trading at a recent price near $207.99 per unit, that means that analysts see 10.40% upside for this ETF looking through to the average analyst targets of the underlying holdings. Three of VB's underlying holdings with notable upside to their analyst target prices are NuScale Power Corp (NYSE:SMR), Zentalis Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:ZNTL), and Enovix Corp (NASDAQ:ENVX). Although SMR has traded at a recent price of $2.34/share, the average analyst target is 378.63% higher at $11.20/share. Similarly, ZNTL has 150.55% upside from the recent share price of $13.88 if the average analyst target price of $34.78/share is reached, and analysts on average are expecting ENVX to reach a target price of $25.92/share, which is 127.73% above the recent price of $11.38.
