We Did The Math AFSM Can Go To $31By Dividend Channel Staff, Wednesday, April 3, 7:23 AM ETLooking at the underlying holdings of the ETFs in our coverage universe at ETF Channel, we have compared the trading price of each holding against the average analyst 12-month forward target price, and computed the weighted average implied analyst target price for the ETF itself. For the First Trust Active Factor Small Cap ETF (NYSE:AFSM), we found that the implied analyst target price for the ETF based upon its underlying holdings is $31.32 per unit. With AFSM trading at a recent price near $28.57 per unit, that means that analysts see 9.62% upside for this ETF looking through to the average analyst targets of the underlying holdings. Three of AFSM's underlying holdings with notable upside to their analyst target prices are Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals Ltd (NASDAQ:KNSA), Hudson Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:HDSN), and Tactile Systems Technology Inc (NASDAQ:TCMD). Although KNSA has traded at a recent price of $18.73/share, the average analyst target is 52.16% higher at $28.50/share. Similarly, HDSN has 37.11% upside from the recent share price of $10.94 if the average analyst target price of $15.00/share is reached, and analysts on average are expecting TCMD to reach a target price of $20.67/share, which is 36.27% above the recent price of $15.16.
