Bassett Furniture Industries is a retailer, manufacturer and marketer of home furnishings. Co.'s products are sold primarily through a network of Co.-owned and licensee-owned stores under the Bassett Home Furnishings name, with additional distribution through other wholesale channels including multi-line furniture stores, various of which feature Co.'s galleries or design centers. Co. has two reportable segments: Wholesale, which designs, manufactures, sources, sells and distributes furniture products to a network of Bassett stores (Co.-owned and licensee-owned stores retail stores) and independent furniture retailers; and Retail - Co.-Owned Stores, which consists of Co.-owned stores.
