Cedar Realty Trust is a real estate investment trust that focuses primarily on ownership and operation of grocery-anchored shopping centers straddling the Washington, DC to Boston corridor. Cedar Realty Trust Partnership, L.P. (the Operating Partnership) is the entity through which Co. conducts all of its business and owns (either directly or through subsidiaries) substantially all of its assets. At Dec 31 2015, Co. owned a 99.6% economic interest in, and was the sole general partner of, the Operating Partnership. At Dec 31 2015, Co. owned and managed a portfolio of 60 operating properties (excluding properties held for sale).
