Co.'s segments are: Investment in Energy Transfer Partners, L.P., which includes intrastate transportation and storage operations, interstate transportation and storage operations, midstream operations, crude oil transportation and services operations, investment in Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P., and retail marketing operations; Investment in Sunoco LP, which includes wholesale and retail operations; and Investment in Lake Charles liquefied natural gas (LNG), which provides terminal services for shippers by receiving LNG at the facility for storage and delivering such LNG to shippers, either in liquid state or gaseous state after regasification.
