The iShares Government/Credit Bond ETF (the “Fund”) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. dollar-denominated government, government-related and investment-grade U.S. corporate bonds, as represented by the Barclays U.S. Government/Credit Bond Index (the “Index”). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. Due to the use of representative sampling, the Fund may or may not hold all of the securities that are included in the Index. As of Feb 28 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $328,473,685 and $325,793,953 respectively.
