Co.'s business segments are: consolidated investment portfolio, which consists of the investments in real estate and real estate-related assets; and Co-Investment Portfolio, which consists of the co-investments in real estate and real estate-related assets, fees, and performance allocations that Co. earns on its fee bearing capital.
