Northwest Natural Holding is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. distributes natural gas to residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Oregon and southwest Washington. Co.'s Natural Gas Distribution (NGD) segment includes its subsidiary, Northwest Natural Gas Company (NW Natural)'s natural gas distribution business, NWN Gas Reserves LLC, which is a subsidiary of Northwest Energy Corporation, the NGD-portion of NW Natural's Mist storage facility in Oregon, and NW Natural RNG Holding Company, LLC. All other business activities, including certain gas storage activities, water businesses, and other investments and activities are aggregated as other.
