Bank of Commerce Holdings, a $1.5 billion asset bank holding company and parent company of Merchants Bank of Commerce, today announced that the Board of Directors has authorized a cash dividend of $0.05 per share for the second quarter 2019, a $0.01 increase over the prior quarter. The $0.05 per share quarterly cash dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of July 2, 2019 and is payable on July 12, 2019.

The Darden Restaurants Board of Directors on June 19, 2019, increased the quarterly dividend 17% to $0.88 per common share. The quarterly dividend is payable on August 1, 2019 to shareholders of record on July 10, 2019.

The Ensign Group, the parent company of the Ensign— group of skilled nursing, rehabilitative care services, home health, home care, hospice care and assisted living companies, today announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0475 per share of Ensign common stock, payable on or before July 31, 2019, to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2019. Ensign has been a dividend-paying company since 2002.
