Co. owns and manages properties within five segments: Philadelphia Central Business District, which includes properties located in the City of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania; Pennsylvania Suburbs, which includes properties in Chester, DE and Montgomery counties in the Philadelphia suburbs; Austin, TX, which includes properties in the City of Austin, TX; Metropolitan Washington, D.C., which includes properties in Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Southern Maryland; and Other, which includes properties in Camden County in New Jersey and properties in New Castle County in Delaware.
