Chase is a global specialty chemicals company. Co. is a manufacturer of protective materials for applications across various market sectors. Co. is organized into three reportable operating segments: Adhesives, Sealants and Additives, which provides specialized product offerings consisting of both end-use products and intermediates that are generally used in, or integrated into, another company's product; Industrial Tapes, which features wire and cable materials, specialty tapes and other laminated and coated products; and Corrosion Protection and Waterproofing, which is principally composed of project-oriented product offerings that are primarily sold and used as Chase branded products.
