Courier, together with its subsidiaries, is a book manufacturer and is engaged in content management. Co. has two operating segments: book manufacturing and publishing. The book manufacturing segment focuses on streamlining the process of bringing books from the point of creation to the point of use. The publishing segment consists of Dover Publications, Inc. (Dover) and Research & Education Association, Inc. (REA). Dover publishes titles in various categories including children's books, literature, art, music, crafts, mathematics, science, religion and architecture. REA publishes test preparation and study guide books for high school, college and graduate students, and professionals.
