The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Defined Emerging Markets Small Cap Index (the Index). The Index employs the AlphaDEX stock selection methodology which uses fundamental growth and value factors to objectively select stocks from the S&P Emerging Markets Small Cap Index which may generate positive alpha relative to traditional passive indices. As of Dec 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $51,574,628 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $51,381,483.
