Fly Leasing is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is principally engaged in purchasing commercial aircraft and aircraft equipment which Co. leases under multi-year contracts to a group of airlines throughout the world. Co.'s aircraft portfolio (excluding aircraft held for sale) is composed of narrow-body aircraft and wide-body aircraft. Co.'s narrow-body aircraft include Airbus A319, Airbus A320, Airbus A321, Airbus A321neo, Boeing 737 MAX 8, and next generation Boeing 737 and Boeing 757 aircraft families. Co.'s wide-body aircraft include Airbus A330 and next generation Boeing 777 (freighter) and Boeing 787 aircraft families.
