The Fund seeks investment results that track the performance of the Merrill Lynch Factor Model - Exchange Series. The fund invests in a combination of securities and derivatives that track the performance of the Benchmark. The Benchmark, established by Merrill Lynch International, seeks to provide the risk and return characteristics of the hedge fund asset class by targeting a high correlation to the HFRI Fund Weighted Composite Index. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $55,236,558 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $52,896,917.
