IRL Dividend History & Description — New Ireland Fund Inc (The)
The New Ireland Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is long-term capital appreciation through investment primarily in equity securities of Irish companies. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in Irish equity and fixed income securities. At least 65% of the Fund's total assets will be invested in equity securities of issuers organized under the laws of Ireland (Irish Companies). Accordingly, the Fund's assets invested in equity securities of Irish Companies may include investments in companies that are organized in Ireland, but have limited business activities in Ireland.
