Pep Boys-Manny, Moe & Jack operates in the automotive aftermarket, which has two general lines of business: the Service business, known as Do-It-For-Me (DIFM); and the Retail business, known as Do-It-Yourself (DIY). Co.'s stores are organized into a hub and spoke network consisting of Supercenters and Service & Tire Centers. Supercenters combine DIFM service labor, installed merchandise and tire offerings with DIY parts and accessories.
