PowerShares S&P International Developed High Quality Portfolio is an open-end management company. The Fund seeks investment results that generally correspond to the price and yield of the S&P International Developed High Quality Ranking Index. The fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the index. The index is comprised of securities selected to provide exposure to the constituents of the S&P Developed ex United States BMI Index that are identified as high quality stocks based on historical records of earnings and dividends. As of Oct 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $21,731,525 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $21,638,565.
