PowerShares Fundamental Pure Mid Core Portfolio is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond to the price and yield of the RAFI® Fundamental Mid Core Index (the Index). The fund invests at least 90% of total assets in the component securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is comprised of common stocks of "mid core" U.S. companies (including REITs).The fund normally invests at least 80% of total assets in common stocks of fundamentally mid companies. As of Apr 30 2013, the Fund's total assets were $19,874,960 and the Fund's investments portfolio was valued at $19,850,568.
