First Trust NASDAQ ABA Community Bank Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the NASDAQ OMX(R) ABA Community Bank Index(SM) (the "Index"). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index includes a subset of banks and thrifts or their holding companies listed on NASDAQ(R). As of Dec 31 2009, the Fund's total assets were $5,645,874 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $5,603,310.
