Market Vectors Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to replicate the price and yield performance of the Market Vectors Rare Earth/Strategic Metals Index (the Index). The Index consisted of foreign and domestic equity securities of publicly traded companies primarily engaged in a variety of activities that are related to the producing, refining and recycling of rare earth and strategic metals and minerals. As of Dec 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $110,171,197 and its investment portfolio was valued at $96,272,821.
