Suffolk Bancorp is a bank holding company. Through its Suffolk County National Bank of Riverhead subsidiary, Co. provides domestic commercial and retail banking services and wealth management services. The Bank makes commercial real estate floating and fixed rate loans, commercial and industrial loans to manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, developers/contractors and retailers and agricultural loans. The Bank also makes loans secured by residential mortgages, and both fixed and floating rate second mortgage loans with a range of plans for repayment. Real estate construction loans are also provided. As of Dec 31 2014, Co. had total assets of $1.89 billion and deposits of $1.55 billion.
