Carlyle Credit Income Fund (the Fund) is a closed- end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to seek income. The Fund meets its investment objective primarily by investing in mortgage notes secured by first liens on residential real estate. The Fund only invests in whole loans and does not invest in tranches of RMBS. When considering the Carlyle Credit Income Fund stock dividend history, we have taken known splits into account, such that the VCIF dividend history is presented on a split-adjusted ("apples to apples") basis.
