The Fund employs a passive management or indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the Standard & Poor's Completion Index (the Index). The Index represents mid and small-capitalization stocks in the United States equity market. The Fund replicates more than 95% of the market capitalization of the Index and invests in a representative sample of the balance. As of Dec 31 2013, the Fund's investments portfolio was $37,121,876,000.
